  I’ve never seen an auto place so beautifully clean. It wasn’t clean because it was empty, there were lots of cars being worked on, but because the owner obviously takes pride in his business. The owner and staff were very friendly and knowledgeable.
  
  I went here for a smog check and I knew my car needed some additional work. The owner let me know what else needed to be done without being pushy. I will definitely be going back to get these other issues fixed.
  
  Update: I’m back for new tires and a belt installation. Service is still terrific! The owner recommended less expensive, but still quality, tires since I won’t be holding onto this car for more than 5 more years. Future tire rotation is also included.

  this repair shop attempted to charge me an exorbitant amount of money to do repairs, where at somewhere else for the same thing charge me half of what they quoted. a lot of the work was not neccessary or needed. even tried to work with them, for example i said just do the most needed or urgent repairs and they would not cooperate. they are a big scam to our community, so sad.

  I am new to the area and found Ten-Four through AAA. Ten-Four Auto Repair Center is business that is AAA approved and I understand why. The staff is courteous, professional, and reliable. They earned my trust quickly.
