  Well, where do I begin, I have a fender squire strat, from the 80's I brought it here to get the 5 way selector switch, and to intonate if needed, so I left it there for him to fix, all I heard from her was that he was very busy, so I told the lady that answers the phone that he could take his time because I wanted it done right after all I was paying $ 177.00 + and my receipt said that if I was not please with the work I could bring it back, new switch, new saddle, and intonation, I picked up the guitar, went to the studio to practice, when I plugged into the Amp, I got a big surprise, my guitar wasn't tuned and the locking device wasn't locked, so tuned and locked it, and when I tried to play it I could only play down to the 10th fret, and it wouldn't hold the note, it was buzzing, so I took it back I ask them to raise the action so that it would stop buzzing, after they said that they had finished I went to pick it up, so I played it there, and to me it still wasn't right, so I left it there again, after a couple of days I got a message on my phone from Burnie at guitar alley, he sounded upset and said how long he has been working on guitars and that it was a custom shop and that he could raise the action on my guitar like an acustic guitar, so I called spoke to him, and he just didn't seem very professional, and he doesn't stand by his work, so I picked up my guitar, and I've been trying to play it, now I'm going to have to take it to a repair shop or the pro's at Sam ash, guitar center, or someone, understands that the customer is always right, if there is anyone thinking about coming here or bringing your guitar, don't do it, but the really messed up thing is that I'm going to have to pay again, but I have other guitars, and I don't think I'll be playing this guitar anymore .

  People working are smug
  Service is overpriced
  They deliberately didn't do the job I asked for after taking my money while giving me service you'd expect from a place selling cell phone cases barely making overhead
  not a place of "quality" that has dealt with the likes of some famous
  They also butchered my wiring but charged a fee for them to do so
  I went so they could laquer my guitar and make it look a certain way they said they could do it and charged me around 800 and told me it would be accurate not "kinda" not "maybe " and to my surprise failed miserably all while talking to me like he was doing me a favor?
  Thus in turn my time and resources were wasted and guitar ruined cause some half ass shop was too incompetent to do work they are so qualified yet arrogant of
