  Run from this company purchased some replacement parts yet to see them after a month customer service is horrible no one to talk to good luck with this company.

  I live in Cape Coral Florida ,I purchased a bike bike from Rodeside Treasures, the owner sold me a Newport 3 speed. He told me the bike would hold me I was 300 lbs at the time,no problem he said , well 1 month later broken spokes like 5 of them, I'm using the bike for therapy for my kness and have to exercise every day ,after calling Rodeside Treasures many time with no answer,I turned to the Trex Bike shop ,great people and service.After me spending much time and money to fix the 3 g bike over 5 times and spending over 250.00, finally with the help of the trex bike shop 3 G Bikes decide oh your too big for the bike we will replace the spokes with heavier have ones. When the wheel arrives at Rodeside they call, oh and BTW they only work Friday sat sun,told me to bring my bike in they will try n fix it that week,he already knows I need it everyday for my arthritis. I take the bike to them and wait for it, they have my bike and make me sign a paper that says I will pay them 50.00 to get my bike fixed,freight etc. I won't do it say its bs,they won't give me my bike back,so I sign the paper . bs company both 3g Bikes ,and Rodeside Treasures ,don't do business with these people they lie and hold you hostage!

  Had to deal with a Very Unprofessional RUDE ! Person named Gary, looks like your typical veteran gangster doesn't even dress right to represent your Company, he doesn't know how to approach or communicate properly, So Unprofessional representation of 3G Bikes , I was planning on buying bikes from them, but after speaking with Gary i changed my mind!! thanks to his poor Service, NO I WOULDN'T RECOMMEND 3G BIKE'S
  
  THE BIKE'S ARE CHEAP CHINESE OR TAIWAN PRODUCT........
  
  please get Gary some proper training in customer service thanks
